The church exists for the work of the mission, and for this to be accomplished, executive church administration is required.
 
Administration is a spiritual gift that God has given to certain members of the Body of Christ to understand clearly the immediate and long-range goals of the church and to devise and execute executive plans for the accomplishment of those goals.
